Pompholyx Causes

Just something else I would like to point out is that I have been observing my outbreaks for several years now and I have finally realized that there are a few things that seem to set off an outbreak.  This might not be the situation for anyone else but it is definitely the case with me.   Consuming anything white (white bread, crackers, rice, potatoes etc.) seems to cause my pompholyx bubbly blisters to erupt.  Also the following supplements do as well:  fish oil ( every brand I've tried does it), Chromium picolinate, and Zinc may as well but I haven't pinpointed exactly if it does or not.  I have no idea what the correlation is between these items but I have tried them all separately from one another and they are all almost consistent in causing me to have an eruption of those darn itchy blisters from Pompholyx.  I think it may be the fact that I've read that allergies to metals can cause eruptions of this severely itchy skin condition.  Chromium is a metal, and they say fish oils can sometimes contain trace metals.  This is just something I wanted to point out that you may like to observe in your own situation and see if it helps.
